Thomas Partey, a midfielder for Arsenal, has a muscular issue and is doubtful to play in tonight’s Premier League match against Manchester City.

Their great player has been in training and is set to play in Tuesday’s encounter at Arsenal Stadium against the Ghana national team.

Because of his recent injury, we’ll have to postpone this. The injury does not appear to be serious, but it is nevertheless a blow to Arsenal before a game that might determine the club’s season.

The 29-year-old Partey is a rock at the back for Arsenal, where he has played in 18 of the team’s 21 Premier League games.

He now joins a long list of injured players that also includes Reiss Nelson, Emile Smith Rowe, and Gabriel Jesus. The team said they were cutting the player Mohamed Elneny today. The month of January found Crystal Palace’s Albert Sambi Lokonga on loan from the club.

Mikel Arteta tried to permanently replace himself with Jorginho, an Italian midfielder, by buying him from Chelsea.

The Gunners haven’t won the Premier League since January 22. (when they defeated Manchester United by a score of 3-2). Should Manchester City defeat Arteta’s squad and keep their perfect record intact, they will become the undisputed leaders of the league.
