Why fitness and beauty?

I have always been an active person, but it wasn’t until recently that I started to focus on my fitness and my appearance. It all started when I joined a gym and started working out regularly. I also started to take care of my skin, hair, and nails.

How I got started

Fitness and beauty have always been important to me. As a young girl, I was always active and loved experimenting with makeup and fashion. However, it wasn’t until my early twenties that I truly began to appreciate the transformative power of fitness and beauty.

I was never overweight, but I wasn’t happy with my body. I lacked confidence and felt self-conscious in my own skin. It was only when I started working out and taking care of myself that I began to feel more comfortable in my own body. The more I worked out, the more confident I became.

Similarly, taking care of my appearance helped me to feel more confident as well. Trying new hairstyles, experimenting with makeup, and finding clothes that made me feel good about myself all boosted my confidence.

My results
